Maddy Evans

Maddy Evans is entering her first year as an assistant coachwith the Engineers.

Evans plays professionally with the Boston Breakers of theNational Women’s Soccer League after being selected in the2013 Collegiate Draft and signed by the Breakers in May 2013.

She played collegiately at The Pennsylvania State University andwas part of four consecutive Big Ten Championship Teams. As acaptain in 2012, she led the Nittany Lions to the NCAA Division IChampionship Finals. She was named Second Team All-Big Ten in 2012and Academic All-Big Ten for 2010, 2011 and 2012. She finished hercareer with 11 goals, nine assists and 31 points. While at PennState, she was also president of the Student Athlete AdvisoryBoard.

Evans was a member of the FC Bucks and won a U.S. YouthChampionship with the team as well as seven Eastern Pa. State Cups.She was a seven-year member of the Region 1 ODP team and attendedthe 2008 U-17 Women’s National Team Camp.
