At MIT

Molly Dufour joined the department in January of 2016 and enters her twelfth year at MIT in 2026-27. In January 2023, she was promoted to her current role of Manager of Events/Rentals, Sports Camps and Scheduling after previously serving as the Senior Administrative Assistant, Facilities & Scheduling since the Summer of 2019. Dufour started at MIT as the Administrative Assistant for Club Sports, Intramurals and Sports Camps.

Before MIT

Prior to MIT, Dufour was a facility sales and service coordinator at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford, Connecticut for over three years. There she planned and coordinated receptions, meetings and workshops for the facility. Dufour has also worked as an event coordinator at Rentschler Field in Hartford (home of the University of Connecticut football team) and as a supervisor in campus recreation at Springfield College.

Other Experiences

Dufour was a member of the social and the safety committees during her time at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts.

Education

Dufour is a 2011 graduate of Springfield College where she earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Management.
