She then graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 with her Master of Science in exercise science where she worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for two years.

From there, Roger spent one year in Buis Creek, North Carolina working with the Campbell Camel's football and women's basketball teams before completing a Neurotrauma and Spine residency at Boston University where she graduated in 2020.

Outside of MIT, Roger enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and spending time with her fiancé and two-year old dog Raleigh.
