First-year Sydney Pyon was a key player in Women's Lacrosse's 21-4 victory over Johnson & Wales University in the season opener for both squads on Saturday afternoon. After a back-and-forth start, Pyon helped the Engineers go up 4-3 courtesy of a free-position goal, beginning a streak of 19 unanswered points en route to the win. Pyon totaled four goals, one assist, and five draw controls over the course of the season opener.
