Kate Augustyn won the 100 backstroke (57.67) and the 400 IM with an NCAA ‘B’ cut time of 4:27.40. She also finished second in the 100 free (52.86) and was a member of the 200 medley relay team which finished third in MIT’s meet with Springfield that the Engineers won, 244-52. Her time in the 400 IM is currently ranked second in the country and is faster than last year’s NCAA invited time, and her 100 back time is in the top 20 in the country.
