Surya Sakhamuri compiled a 16-1 record in sabre action at the Northeast Fencing Conference (NFC) #2 competition on Sunday. He defeated all three of his opponents from Drew University, Vassar College, Brown University, and Tufts University, won both of his bouts against Dartmouth College, and went 2-1 versus Brandeis University. Sakhamuri's performance helped the men's fencing team generate a 5-1 record on the day as the Engineers finished the year with a 9-2 NFC ledger.
