The Lead:Â After falling behind early in the game, the MIT Engineers scored twice in the second half to complete the exciting come-from-behind victory over Springfield College in NEWMAC action on Saturday afternoon by a score of 2-1.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

Finn Welch put a one-touch ball just under the crossbar for the score.
- MIT pressured the visitors the remainder of the first half but couldn't convert on the tying goal.
- The Engineers finally got that tying goal in the second half as
Aidan Hallinan (Carlsbad, Calif.) sent a pass into
Garrett Robinson (Winfield, Ill.) Â who buried the ball into the corner of the net at 69:56.
- Just about 10 minutes later Robinson sent the ball into senior
Peter Novoa (Omah, Neb.) who put the ball into the corner of the net to give the Engineers a 2-1 lead.
