Joseph Li (Naperville, Ill.) winning 8-3 and first-year
Benjamin Ebanks (New York City, N.Y.) and sophomore
Joshua Masuda (Palos Verdes Estates, Calif.) claiming an 8-2 victory. The Engineers won by default in three doubles.

r Wayne Nelms (Baltimore, Md.) grabbed 6-0, 6-0 wins in No. 3 and No. 4 singles while in No. 1 singles first-year
Ryan Xiao (Cary, N.C.) grabbed a 6-2, 6-2 win and sophomore
Daniel Sharygin (Newburgh, Ind.) took No. 2 singles by a 6-0, 6-2 score.
