- The Engineers took a 2-1 lead after doubles with junior
Derek Shen (Chestnut Hill, Mass.) and sophomore
Kailas Kahler (Pawtucket, R.I.) winning 8-6 in No. 1 singles and first-year
Wayne Nelms (Baltimore, Md.) and sophomore
Sundeep Chakladar (Redondo Beach, Calif.) taking a tight 8-7 win in No. 2 doubles.

- Shen took a straight-set win over
Ole Lepsoe in No. 1 singles, 6-4, 6-3, and Kahler won his match in No. 2 singles by a score of 7-5, 6-1.

Benji Grossman (Sands Point, N.Y.) defeated
Gabriel Cestero 6-1, 6-4 in No. 6 singles.

- The Engineers will take on top-seeded Coast Guard tomorrow at 12 p.m. with the winner claiming the NEWMAC Tournament Championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
