CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – MIT baseball and first-year head coach Chris Morris have announced the team's 2026 schedule. The Engineers will open the season with a pair of games in Winter Haven, Florida before returning north to face a competitive NEWMAC and non-conference schedule that includes a pair of preseason top 10 ranked teams.
Due to continuing construction on Fran O'Brien Field, the Engineers will play home contests at alternate sites throughout the spring, including Austin Preparatory School in Reading, Fraser Field in Lynn, LeLacheur Park in Lowell and at Eddie Pellagrini Diamond in Brighton. Please check the team's schedule page throughout the spring as game times and locations may shift due to weather.

- Season Opener: Saturday, February 28 vs. St Olaf College in Winter Haven, Fla.
- NEWMAC Opener: Tuesday, March 24 vs. Emerson at Fraser Field in Lynn, Mass.
- NEWMAC Tournament: Thursday, May 7 - Sunday, May 10, 2026
