CHERRY HILL, N.J. -- The No. 6 MIT women's lightweight crew team earned podium finishes in singles, doubles, and in the second varsity eight on Sunday at the Knecht Cup Regatta on the Cooper River.
Mia Rozenberg won bronze in singles, Avery Reischer-Craft and Katherine Wei earned bronze in doubles and the varsity eight won bronze in the second varsity eight final after taking fourth in the lightweight eight final.

- Rozenberg was third in her opening height but advanced to the final thanks to her time of 10:05.94. She took advantage, winning bronze in 10:35.47, finishing just 02.03 behind second place Dominican University.

- Reischer-Craft and Wei posted a time of 08:19.12 on Saturday, taking third in their heat. However, the time was good enough to advance to the final where the duo earned bronze in 08:57.16, finishing 06.23 seconds back of Wisconsin's C entry in second place.

- The lightweight eight narrowly missed the podium in the lightweight eight final but swept through the opening heat and the semifinals to reach the second varsity eight final. The Engineers then posted a time of 07:01.74 to take third, finishing 03.48 seconds back of runner-up Temple. Temple was just 00.03 seconds from beating first place Boston University.

MIT earned 39 medals on the weekend at the Knecht Cup Regatta, second behind Fordham's 42. The women's lightweight and openweight programs combined for 21, while the men's lightweight program won 18 for the Engineers.
