CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The No. 25 MIT softball team has been selected to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division III Softball Championships and will be heading to Bangor, Maine, for the Husson Regional. Joining MIT and Husson in the regional are Endicott and Colby. The Engineers earned an at-large bid after falling to No. 12 WPI in the NEWMAC Championship and are the No. 2 seed in the regional.
The Engineers are making their seventh-straight NCAA appearance and ninth overall, with all eight coming since 2015.
