- I chose MIT because it maintains an environment full of opportunities. With challenging academics in addition to a strong athletics program and being located right next to Boston, I can proudly say that MIT is the school for me. Not only was I introduced into a community that values collaboration and working with others, but I was also introduced to diverse and brilliant people that have helped me grow as an individual.
