Kent Graham enters his fifth season an assistant coach with the MIT baseball program in 2023 following two seasons as an assistant coach at Brandeis University. Prior to his time at Brandeis, he was an assistant at Clark University in 2014-2015. Graham primarily works with the Engineer hitters and defensively with the first basemen and outfielders.

Graham was a two-sport athlete at Trinity College, playing four seasons of baseball under current Harvard head coach Bill Decker and one season of ice hockey. As a sophomore at Trinity in 2008, he led the team to the Division III NCAA National Championship with a 45-1 record as he led the NESCAC with a single-season school record of 72 hits. He also had 59 runs batted in and was named to the All-NESCAC First Team, First Team All-NEIBA and All-ECAC First Team. As a junior, he helped the team back to the NCAA Division III College World Series after winning their second straight New England Regional, being named First Team All-NESCAC, First Team All-NEIBA, and the NESCAC Defensive Player of the Year. As a freshman, he was the NESCAC Co-Rookie of the Year, as well as a Second Team All-NESCAC member and Third Team All-NEIBA selection. A D3baseball.com pre-season All-American in 2010, he finished with a career batting average of .405.

Graham also played three summers in the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) from 2007-2009.
