Weston Lazarus enters his second season as an assistant coach for the MIT baseball program in 2021.

He was a player/coach for the Humboldt State University club baseball team in Northern California, where he graduated from in 2019. During his two years there, HSU was over .500, improved their quality of play, and were a cohesive unit while playing much larger schools.

Lazarus attended junior college in Central California at Cuesta College as a pitcher prior to enrolling at Humboldt State.
