Brian Bailey begins his second season as an assistant coach with the MIT football team in 2024 and is working on the program's performance analytics. A four-year member of the MIT football program, he graduated in 2023 with a degree in computation and cognition.

A former linebacker for the Engineers, Bailey appeared in 22 career games with 56 total tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack and four passes defended. He also worked as a Data Analytics Intern for the Los Angeles Rams as the team captured the Super Bowl.
