Victoria Lux joined MIT’s coaching staff in the 2021-22 season. Prior to her arrival in Cambridge, she spent two years as a graduate assistant coach at Regis College. During her tenure with the Pride, Lux helped the team earn a spot in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference playoffs.
Originally from Arundel, Maine, Lux was a four-year starter at Bentley University. A two-time Northeast-10 All-Conference Team honoree, she graduated ranked fourth all-time in career rebounds (940) while also compiling 1,236 points and 175 assists. The Falcons made a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the NCAA Division II Final Four. During her senior year, Lux served on the Bentley Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Lux graduated from Bentley in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in leadership and a double minor in sports management and sociology. She went on to receive a master’s degree in strategic communications (sports track) from Regis in 2021.
In 2021 Lux was signed by the Massachusetts-based semi-professional women’s basketball team, the New England Trailblazers, of the Women’s American Basketball Association (WABA). In her first season with the Trailblazers, they went 9-0 in conference play and earned a spot in the WABA Final Four.
