Kat Weikert enters her third season as an assistant coach on Martin Desmarais' staff.

In her first two season the Engineers have won two NEWMAC regular season titles and the NEWMAC Tournament Championship in 2021. MIT has also advanced to at least the second round of the NCAA Tournament during her tenure.Â
