Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT for its strong academics and amazing people. I wanted to surround myself with the bright and talented students and community members that MIT is known for, to challenge myself and to help myself grow. MIT stood out amongst the many colleges I was looking at for its vibrant culture, location, and strong involvement in athletics. After visiting and meeting my potential future teammates and coaches, I knew that MIT was the perfect fit for me.
