Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT for my college education because of its unparalleled reputation for academics, competitive volleyball program, and beautiful setting on the Charles River.  The biology department offers all the coursework I was looking for and the environment here is both nurturing and challenging. I look forward to a fulfilling college experience.
