Why I Chose MIT: I chose to attend MIT because after visiting dozens of universities, it was the first place that felt like home. From the very first moment I stepped onto campus, I was brought into a community of not only challenging academics and competitive athletics, but also brilliant people. Everyone's desire to advance the development of the world through collaboration truly spoke to me. Once I got a small taste of MIT's unique culture, I knew it was the university at which I wanted to continue the next chapter of my academic and athletic career.
