SHENANDOAH, Texas – MIT sophomore Veronika Jedryka (Arlington Heights, Ill.) capped the final day of the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships by collecting two All-America honors – one with Tech's 400 Yard Freestyle Relay and one in 200 Yard Backstroke. The Cardinal and Gray ended the four-day meet finishing in seventh place out of 45 teams with a team score of 142 points.

Jedryka navigated MIT's 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team – senior Emmie Ryan (Avon, Ind.), junior Lena Yang (East Stroudsburg, Pa.) and freshman Amanda Wu (Cedar Park, Texas) – to a seventh-place performance with a time of 3:25.63. Their time established a new program record and shattered the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) record in the event too. Jedryka also established a new school record on the first leg. All four swimmers collected All-America honors for finishing in the top-eight of their event.

In the 200 Yard Backstroke, Jedryka finished sixth, touching the wall in 2:00.60. Her time secured her All-America honors. Freshman Mary Thielking (Fishers, Ind.) recorded a 17th place performance in the 1650 Yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 17:18.85. Her time shattered her season and personal-best by roughly six seconds.

Tech concluded the meet with 18 All-America honors and nine All-America honorable mentions.
