The Lead: Junior
Paige Forester (Glencoe, Ill.) produced two goals and an assist in a 4-0 victory over Wheaton College in a NEWMAC field hockey game on Tuesday night. The Engineers recorded back-to-back shutouts for the third time this year and their seventh shutout of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

- Forester put MIT on the board following a penalty corner after 9:33 elapsed. The slim lead held until senior
Lucy Kitch-Peck (Bethlehem, Pa.) found the back of the cage in the 19
th minute. The Engineers claimed a 3-0 advantage with 1:44 left in the second quarter when junior
Erica Radler (Wayne, N.J.) knocked in a feed from Forester.

- Following a scoreless third quarter, junior
Liberty Ladd (Falmouth, Maine) set up Forester for her 23
rd goal of the season in the 50
th minute.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

Kiely Smiga-McManus (Etna, N.H.) faced two penalty corners and one shot in 45 minutes of action. Classmate
