- Sophomore
Meagan Rowlett (Dana Point, Calif.) gave MIT the 1-0 lead at 38:34 as she broke free from the Clark defense and fired a shot into the bottom right-hand corner of the net for her fourth goal of the season.
- Zareno gave MIT a 2-0 lead at 52:46 when she took a beautiful outlet pass from
Karenna Groff (Weston, Mass.) and fired the ball into the back of the net.
- In the 59
th minute Zareno sent a pass to first-year
Mia Sedgwick (Wilmete, Ill.) who snuck it past
Morgan Small to give the Engineers a 3-0 lead.
