Squash Defeats Franklin & Marshall, 6-3 on the Final Day of the CSA Team Championships

THE BASICS:
- Scores: No. 15 MIT – 6, No. 16 Franklin & Marshall – 3

- Records: MIT (9-10); Franklin & Marshall (9-12)

- Location: Philadelphia, Pa. (University of Pennsylvania Squash Courts)   

- The Lead: The No. 15 MIT men's squash team defeated No. 16 Franklin & Marshall, 6-3 on the final day of the CSA Team Championships in the Hoehn Cup "B Division" on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
-  The Engineers won spots two-five with first-year Tom Hogan (Malvern, Pa.) and sophomore Eli Kramer (Brooklyn, N.Y.) notching straight-set victories while graduate student Joe O'Connor (Madison, N.J.) and sophomore Nikhil Kakarla (Philadelphia, Pa.) won 3-1.

- Senior Keith Lamp (Short Hills, N.J.) registered a 3-0 victory in the seventh spot and senior Robert Williamson (Weston, Mass.) toughed out a five-set win in the ninth position.

UP NEXT:

- Selected Engineers will compete in the CSA Individual Championships, which run from Friday, March 4 through Sunday, March 6 in Philadelphia, Pa.
