The Third Varsity 8+ placed third in its flight with a time of 7:12.220, behind Harvard and Georgetown.
- Each boat bounced back in the afternoon and had strong performances during the second 1,000 meters of their races. The 1V was third (6:28.311) as it raced against Princeton and Mercyhurst. In MIT's two-boat 2V flight, Princeton claimed the victory as the Engineers logged a time of 6:48.341. The 3V was third in 7:10.776, behind Princeton and Penn.
