CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The MIT men's lightweight crew team earned a 4th place finish in the Men's Lightweight Eights on Sunday at the 2025 Head Of The Charles Regatta.

THE BASICS: 

• Men's Lightweight Eights: 4th of 10

RACE BY RACE: 

• Racing with Bow #8, MIT's top lightweight entry moved up the start list to finish the Charles River course with the fourth fastest time in 14:16.546, narrowly trailing the third place time put down by the Penn "A" boat (14:14.480) but finishing well ahead of the pace established by fifth place Dartmouth (14:21.433).
• Harvard won the event, followed by Cornell and Penn, but the Engineers bested crews from Dartmouth, Georgetown, Princeton and Yale.
