The Lead:Â The 16th-ranked MIT squash team dropped a 7-2 road match to No. 18 Amherst on the road on Sunday afternoon.

-Â The Mammoth took a 3-0 lead with wins in the one, five, and seven positions. In the top spot, first-year
Mero Elmarassy (Santa Clara, Calif.) and
Adam Lichtmacher went the full five as Lichmacher won the final two sets for the victory.

Hyun Su Price (Philadelphia, Pa.) grabbed a 3-0 win in the second position, and first-year
John Gunton (Lawrenceville, Pa.) earned a 3-1 in the fourth position.

- Amherst went on to win the remainder of the matches for the 7-2 win.
