LEWISTON, Maine – The No. 17 MIT squash team grabbed a 7-2 road victory over No. 23 Bates on Saturday afternoon.
 
THE BASICS:

• Scores: MIT 7, Bates 2
• Records: MIT (4-4), Bates (0-2) 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Bobcats took a 3-0 win in the top ladder and a 3-2 win in the third ladder.
• Junior Hyun Su Price (Philadelphia, Pa.) dropped the first set in his match in the second ladder and went on to win the next three over Dennis Welte (Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany).
• MIT won the remainder of the matches by 3-0 scores.
• First year Eddie Xue (Westport, Conn.) cruised to an 11-0, 11-0, 11-1 win in the ninth position.
