CAMBRIDGE, Mass. –  The No. 10 MIT men's swimming and diving team earned a 219-66 victory over visiting Bowdoin on Saturday afternoon in the Zesiger Center Pool.

HOW IT HAPPENED: 

• The Engineers opened and closed the meet with relay wins. MIT opened the day with a win in the 200-yard medley. First year Nathan Kim (La Crescenta, Calif.) led off the relay followed by graduate student Tobe Obochi (Highland Park, Ill.), sophomore Bryce Roberts (Mill Valley, Calif.), and first year Anthony Koh (Dresher, Pa.). The team clocked in with a time of 1:32.07. Kim, Roberts, first year Aaron Martin (Phoenix, Ariz.), and Obochi won the 400-yard free relay in 3:04.73.
• In the diving well, first year Truman Remenicky (Brewerton, N.Y.) swept the boards. He scored 279.10 on the 1-meter and 249.00 on the 3-meter.
• Obochi grabbed a win in the 100-breast (56.10) and 100-fly (49.90).
• Junior Zack West (Kailua, Hawaii) swept the backstroke events winning the 100-back in 51.54 and the 200-back in 1:53.49.
