INDIANAPOLIS, IN. – The No. 6 MIT men's swimming and diving team captured three All-America honors on day two of the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, hosted at the IU Natatorium.
STANDINGS:
1. Denison - 226 points
2. Chicago – 179 points
3. NYU – 169 points
13. MIT – 32 points
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- 400 IM: Grant Hu earned a sixth-place finish with a time of 3:52.55.
- 200 Free: Evan Wong took 15th in 1:38.85.
- 100 Fly: Bryce Roberts came in 14th with a time of 48.52.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- Hu tallied his seventh All-America honor and second of the meet.
- Wong got his first All-America honor.
- Roberts got his eighth All-America honor and second in the event.
UP NEXT:
- Day three begins tomorrow, Friday, March 20 with prelims at 10:00 AM followed by the finals at 6:00 PM. Day three events will be the 200 Medley Relay, 200 Fly, 100 Back, 100 Breast and 800 Free Relay.
