Austin Wang in the second.
- Junior
Malachi Soqui (Castaic, Calif.) knocked in the first run of the day for MIT as his RBI single plated senior

-
Mark Hu doubled home the fifth run of the day for Caltech in the seventh inning as junior
Reed Tubbs (Pflugerville, Texas) got out of the inning with a strikeout of
Edward Speer to leave two runners on base.
- Soqui led off the ninth with a double down the right field line and was pinch ran for by first year
Jack Finnegan (Essex, Conn.) who came round to score on a sacrifice fly from senior
Tyler Godfrey (Rowley, Mass.), but that would be the last run of the day as Caltech held on for the 5-2 win.
