CAMBRIDGE, Mass.– After winning the program's 10
th NEWMAC Championship, the No. 12 MIT women's volleyball team claimed an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championship and was selected to host a regional for the fourth time in five years and seventh time overall.
Scheduled for November 20-22, the Engineers will welcome Colorado College, Franklin & Marshall, Manhattanville, Pacific Lutheran, Salisbury, Trinity (Texas), and Williams to Rockwell Cage.
The first-round matches are scheduled for Thursday:
- 11:30 AM: Colorado College vs. Salisbury
- 2:00 PM: Manhattanville vs. Trinity (Texas)
- 4:30 PM: Franklin & Marshall vs. Williams
- 7:00 PM: Pacific Lutheran vs. MIT
Tickets will be sold exclusively online. Pricing is as follows:
- Single Session
- Adult - $10
- Senior Citizen - $5
- Student - $5
- Children (ages 3-12) - $3
- Children under 2 years - Free
The Engineers enter the tournament with a 27-3 overall record. They will be making the program's fifth straight and 24
th overall appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
