LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the second year in a row No. 9 MIT swept the major American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Region 2 awards and placed five student-athletes on the All-Region Team.
Kayleigh May was named the Player of the Year for the second consecutive season,
Ella Zhou was voted the Freshman of the Year, and head coach
Paul Dill received his sixth Coach of the Year accolade. May and Zhou were joined by
Daphne Gavros,
Ali Gibbs, and
Eileen Sadati on the All-Region First Team.

MIT continues its season this week in the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championship when it hosts Pacific Lutheran University in a first-round match on Thursday, November 20 at 7:00 PM.
