CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 13 MIT squash team earned 9-0 sweeps of both Boston University and Boston College on Monday night at the Zesiger Center Squash Courts.  
 
THE BASICS:  

• Scores: 
  • MIT 9, Boston University 0 
  • MIT 9, Boston College 0 
• Records: MIT (3-0), Boston University (3-1), Boston College (2-5) 

HOW IT HAPPENED vs. BOSTON UNIVERSITY 

• Ethan Chan, John Gunton and Zachary Starr all took 3-0 wins as the Engineers took ladders 1-3. 
• Sean-Winston Luo, Eddie Xue, Mitav Nayak, and Bobby Albani also earned 3-0 wins in positions 6-9. 
• Isaac Torchinsky-Field and Rishabh Sharma wrapped up the match with sweeps in positions four and five. 

HOW IT HAPPENED vs. BOSTON COLLEGE  

• Chan, Gunton, and Starr once again led the way at the top of the ladder with 3-0 sweeps in positions 1-3. 
• Torchinsky-Field, Luo, and Xue followed with sweeps in ladders 4-6 and Nayak, Lars Barkman and Stephen Shin concluded the day with 3-0 wins in ladders 7-9. 

UP NEXT:  

• MIT will head to Rochester, N.Y. for two matches over the weekend. The Engineers will take on Western on Saturday, November 8 at 12:00 PM followed by a Sunday afternoon tilt against the University of Rochester at 12:00 PM on Sunday, November 9.
