MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – MIT women's track & field graduate student Gillian Roeder (Delmar, N.Y.) has been named the NEWMAC Women's Track & Field Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 13, 2025.

Roeder finished 31st overall at the Duke Invitational in the 1500m for the No. 2 ranked Engineers, finishing with a time of 4:30.21. Her time currently ranks as the eighth fastest in Division III and the fastest time in the East Region.

Roeder and the Engineers will host the Sean Collier Invitational on Friday and Saturday, April 18 and 19 at Steinbrenner Stadium.
