GENEVA, Ohio – Juniors Tim Neumann (Downers Grove, Ill.) and Sean Huckleberry (San Francisco, Calif.) each earned All-America second team honors as the MIT men's track and field team finished in 17th place at the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the SPIRE Institute's Outdoor Track & Field facility.
MIT earned 12 points at the championships, with all 12 points coming in the high jump during competition on Friday.

HOW IT HAPPENED - Track Events:
- 1500m (Final): Neumann was running in the middle of the pack for much of the race, holding sixth place at the 1100m mark before finishing ninth in 3:51.10.

- Neumann earned hist first outdoor All-America award after earning two at the 2025 indoor championships. He joins Ryan Wilson '22 as only All-Americans in the 1500m in program history.
- Huckleberry earned his first All-America award. He is the first MIT student-athlete to earn All-American honors in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships since Yorai Shaoul '21 won the outdoor title in 2019.
