BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The MIT women's openweight crew team had 33 student-athletes qualify for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2025-26. The Patriot League announced earlier this month that a record 4,152 student-athletes earned the honor in 2025-26.

Patriot League student-athletes are selected to the academic honor roll for achieving a 3.20 grade point average (GPA) or better during the semester in which their League champion is crowned. The 2025-26 season marks the second straight academic year in which the Patriot League topped 4,000 honor roll selections with 1,346 student-athletes named to the fall academic honor roll.

In addition to earning a spot on the Academic Honor Roll, juniors Elizabeth Jackson, Madeleine Laws, and Michelle Peng were also named to 2026 Academic All-Patriot League Team. Jackson and Peng each repeated as honorees while Laws earned the first Patriot League honor of her career.
