Why I Chose MIT:
- For me, MIT is a chance to challenge myself academically and physically. Few things at MIT are meant to be easy, so the school attracts people who want to push themselves and seek challenges. I want to surround myself with these kinds of people on the court and in classes, and there’s no better place than here to do that. The community here is amazingly supportive, whether it’s your teammates or any of the coaches and staff. I feel free to step out of my comfort zone because I know there are people who will help me get through it. I’m also excited about living near Boston and having access to so many amazing opportunities.
