In what was a challenging weekend for racing due to weather conditions, the MIT sailing team competed in two races over the weekend, with the team grabbing a third-place finish at the Wood Trophy.
NAVY WOMEN'S RACE | Annapolis, Md.
- Racing was canceled for the day on Saturday, giving the teams one day of competition, however, the race committee was unable to get the last race started before the deadline, so the race did not count. At the time, the Engineers were 5-3 and were in 5th of 11 teams.

- There was no racing on Sunday due to weather conditions and safety concerns.

- The Engineers are back in the water next weekend, Saturday, March 19 – Sunday, March 20 as they will race at the Southern New England Team Race and the Harvard Race. MIT will also play host to the Geiger Trophy.
