The MIT Sailing team opened the 2022 spring season with two races over the weekend. The Engineers competed in both the Women's Race hosted by Harvard and the Sharpe Trophy Team Race hosted by Brown.
WOMEN'S TEAM RACE AT HARVARD | Cambridge, Mass.

Grace Mao (Overland Park, Kan.) took third overall in the event. MIT posted a 3-2 record in rounds one and two, scoring wins over Brown and Dartmouth and the Engineers second boat. They wrapped up the event with an impressive 4-1 record in the third round, notching wins over Yale, Harvard, Dartmouth, and the second MIT boat.

UP NEXT:
- MIT will take part in three different races next week, from March 12-13. They will race at the Navy's Women Race, the Wood Trophy at Harvard and host the MIT Team Race.
