- In the hammer, Boykin posted a throw of 177 feet, 11 inches to break the previous mark by a three-inch margin. Sophomore
Emily Ball (Des Moines, Iowa) was second in 164 feet, two inches, followed by junior
Erika Leasher Midland, Mich.) in sixth at 129 feet, two inches.

- Ball won the javelin by nearly five feet with a winning throw of 130 feet, nine inches. Finishing as the runner-up was first-year
Elaine Wang (West Des Moines, Iowa) with a throw of 125 feet, 11 inches.

- In the 10,000 meters, the Engineers swept the top three and earned 24 points as senior
Anna Chau (Salem, Ore.) won the event at 38:24.38. Senior
Anna Haddad (Tacoma, Wash.) crossed in second at 28:25.39, followed by first-year
Katherine Sanderson (West Hartford, Conn.) in third at 28:25.59.

Hailey Surace (Snohomish, Wash.) finished third in the pole vault with a clearance of 11 feet, 1.75 inches. She was joined by first-year
Katelyn Howard (Lake Oswego, Ore.) in the scoring as Howard cleared 10 feet, two inches to place seventh.

- In the long jump, junior
Emma Martin (North Andover, Mass.) finished third with a jump of 17 feet, 10.75 inches. Senior
Laena Tieng (Kent, Wash.) placed fourth as she posted a leap of 17 feet, 4.25 inches.

- In the 100-meter prelims on Saturday, first-year
Shreya Kalyan (Troy, Mich.) qualified for the final as she was fifth at 12.58 seconds.
