CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – MIT junior
Zach Bleil (New Canaan, Conn.) was named to the
USA Lacrosse Magazine and the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-America Honorable Mention Teams, marking the first national awards of his career. He became the sixth USILA selection in the history of the men's lacrosse program and the fifth
USA Lacrosse Magazine honoree.
During the past month, Bleil was voted to the NEWMAC All-Conference First Team and the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-New England Honorable Mention Team. The midfielder generated 30 goals and 15 assists this year and ranks eighth all-time at MIT in career goals (106) and 16
th in career points (141).
