MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – The MIT softball team earned eight Academic All-Conference Team awards, as announced by the conference. A total of 98 student-athletes across the NEWMAC earned the award in 2025.
Honorees must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2024 fall semester, achieved second-year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.

Sharona Huang (So. | Duluth, Ga.)
Katie Katsuyama (Sr. | Manhattan Beach, Calif.)
Ava Ladd (Jr. | Austin, Texas)
Caroline Langmeyer (Jr. | Upper Arlington, Ohio)
Olivia Scarpaci (Jr. | Staten Island, N.Y.)
Bivin and Katsyuama earn their third Academic All-Conference nods while Adkison, Ladd, and Langmeyer earned their second.
