th place in the long jump with a mark of 7.05m (23' 1.75").

- Engebretson ranked 14
th in discus with a distance of 46.93m (153' 11").

- First-year
Jonah Goldstein (Pasadena, Calif.) was 21
st in the javelin with a throw of 53.21 (174' 7").

- In the 1500m prelims, senior
Henry Hardart (Annapolis, Md.) finished 18
th (3:56.47) while junior
Simon Opsahl (Redlands, Calif.) placed 20
th (3:57.38).
