MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – Bolstered by six first team selections, ten members of the MIT football team have been recognized as members of the NEWMAC All-Conference team for the 2025 season. In addition to MIT's all-conference accolades, first year Joshua Tang was named the NEWMAC Rookie of the Year.
In his first season at MIT, Tang started all seven NEWMAC games, compiling 26 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss, one interception, and two pass breakups. Overall, Tang had 29 tackles for the Engineers.
Seniors Lucky Deignan, Stephen Schulze and Chase Williams, and juniors Jack Paris, Michael Dennison, Dominic Hess each earned first team recognition for the Engineers, while seniors Nico Bulhof and Luke Schenk, junior Caleb Davis, and sophomore Andrew Kulhan earned second team recognition.

- Fourth NEWMAC All-Conference selection in four years, third First Team selection
- Team leader in solo tackles (28) was also third in the NEWMAC with seven pass breakups and three interceptions in nine games
Michael Dennison | TE
- NEWMAC All-Conference First Team
- Second NEWMAC All-Conference selection, first First Team honor
- Team leader and fifth in the NEWMAC in receptions with 31, including four touchdown grabs
Dominic Hess | DB
- NEWMAC All-Conference First Team
- Two-time NEWMAC Defensive Athlete of the Week tied for the NEWMAC lead with five interceptions
- Recorded 45 total tackles, 25 solo tackles while forcing a fumble and recovering two fumbles
Andrew Kulhan | RB
- NEWMAC All-Conference Second Team
- First career NEWMAC All-Conference honor in his first season at running back
- Averaged 52.78 yards per game, finishing as the team leader, and sixth in the NEWMAC, with seven rushing touchdowns
Jack Paris | OL
- NEWMAC All-Conference First Team
- First career NEWMAC All-Conference selection
- Offensive line anchor appeared in all nine games for the second consecutive season
Luke Schenk | OL
- NEWMAC All-Conference Second Team
- First career NEWMAC All-Conference selection
- Reliable blocker and presence on the O-Line, appeared in all nine games this season
Stephen Schulze | DL
- NEWMAC All-Conference First Team
- Second career NEWMAC All-Conference, first career First Team selection
- Finished the year with three forced fumbles, 25 total tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss and one fumble recovery in nine games
Chase Williams | LB
- NEWMAC All-Conference First Team
- Third career NEWMAC All-Conference honor and first career first team selection
- Reliable linebacker finished the season with 46 tackles, 22 solo tackles and three QB hurries
