CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Head coach Madison Trotman and the MIT softball team have released their 2026 schedule. The Engineers will play eight doubleheader contests as the home team this season and will be returning to Florida for the Spring Games over spring break. The season will get underway on Saturday, March 7 against UMass Boston for a doubleheader beginning at 12:00 PM.

• Season Opener: Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM vs. UMass Boston 
• Spring Games: Friday, March 20, 2026 – Tuesday, March 24 in Clermont, Fla. 
• NEWMAC Opener: Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM vs. Emerson 
• Senior Day: Friday, April 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM vs. Wellesley 
• NEWMAC Tournament: Monday, May 4, 2026 – Sunday, May 9, 2026
