MARLBOROUGH, Mass.  – MIT's Ingrid Tomovski was named the NEWMAC Field Hockey Offensive Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 18. This is the second time she has been honored and the first since the 2024 season.

In a 2-0 week for MIT, Tomovski generated four goals and two assists for 10 points. She was a factor in the Engineers' first three goals of a 5-4 overtime victory against Western New England University last Wednesday as she registered an assist and scored back-to-back goals and then she earned the assist on the game-winner. Tomovski followed this up by scoring the first two goals of MIT's 3-1 win over Wheaton College on Saturday.

MIT returns to action on Tuesday, October 20 when it hosts NEWMAC rival WPI at 6:00 PM at Jack Barry Field.
