The No. 12 MIT women’s soccer team continued its unbeaten run in its second week of play, going 3-0 while outscoring opponents 16-1. The Engineers opened with a 6-0 victory at Lesley, highlighted by a two-goal performance from Alice Vranka. MIT then traveled to Texas, where they erased an early deficit to defeat No. 10 Trinity (Texas), 3-1, before closing the trip with a 7-0 rout of the University of Dallas featuring six different goal scorers. With the sweep, MIT improved to 4-0-0 on the year, pairing a deep and balanced offense with a defense that has allowed just one goal through four matches.
